At JumpZone.fr, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy allows you to request a refund under the following conditions:

1. REFUND PERIOD

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.

2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  2. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  3. A valid proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email) must be included with the return.

3. RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return:

  2. We will send you detailed instructions for returning the product.

  3. Once the package is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or not as described.

5. REFUND TIMELINE

  1. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned product.

  2. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be refunded:
