Welcome to JumpZone.fr! By making a purchase on our site, you fully accept our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of the SmartFit jump rope on JumpZone.fr.

2. PRODUCTS

SmartFit is a wireless digital jump rope designed for sports, fitness, and strength training. The images and descriptions of the products are provided for informational purposes only.

3. ORDERS

  1. Any order on JumpZone.fr implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  2. An order confirmation is sent by email after payment.

  3. JumpZone.fr reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock issues or suspected fraud.

4. PRICE & PAYMENT

  1. Prices displayed are in euros, including all taxes (TTC).

  2. Payments are secure and are made through the payment methods available on the site (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  3. JumpZone.fr reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

5. DELIVERY

  1. Estimated delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

  2. Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.

  3. JumpZone.fr is not responsible for delays caused by the carriers.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

  1. You have 14 days after receipt of the product to return it (unused and in its original packaging).

  2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. WARRANTY & LIABILITY

  1. Our products are covered by a 2-year conformity warranty when required by applicable legislation.

  2. If the product has a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, the customer must contact JumpZone.fr within a reasonable period after identifying the issue.

  3. JumpZone.fr is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product.

  4. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by inappropriate use, or modifications made to the product.

8. DATA PROTECTION

Your personal information is collected as part of your order and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
